When it comes to budget consideration, home remodeling often become a more preferred solution to update our shelter rather than building the new one. This remodeling project of an apartment located in the old Montgomery Ward headquarters is one of examples. The apartment owner, who is an owner of an art gallery, wanted to make his apartment interior to serve as a multi function space. Designed precisely by Wheeler Kearns architects according to the owner’s requirements, this L-shape apartment is now not only a new comfortable living space for the family but also an inviting and intimate setting of art gallery for the owner’s clients.
