Modern Architecture of Prefab Plus House by CKR Architects
Designed by architectural office Claesson Koivisto Rune (CKR), this prefab house presents a rectangular shape featuring private quarters on the second floor and communal spaces on the first floor. This prefab home features entire glass facades on the entrance floor and French doors opening onto balconies inset in the gable ends on the upper floor. Located in Tyreso, Sweden, this two-story wooden prefab residential design spread over 1755 square foot open plan. The structure is inspired by the traditional Swedish barn house.
