Off form concrete and polished concrete, recycled timber columns & timber cladding, flat render & heavy stucco render and honed & polished stones are used.Timber lined ceilings at the entry, fold up the void wall to enhance the height of this space. Separated by the entry void, upstairs is divided into two wings, defining adult and children spaces. The connection from internal to external spaces is achieved through timber sliding & pivot doors providing maximum openings. The pool terrace, finished in low maintenance honed concrete is enclosed by two storey timber columns supporting a flat roof.
